Description

This Buffalo Chicken Dip is the ultimate combination of creamy, cheesy, and spicy flavors! Perfect for game day, parties, or any occasion, it’s quick, easy, and guaranteed to impress your crowd. Serve it with chips, crackers, or veggies for an irresistible snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works best)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to your spice level)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: Chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.

3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish.

4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.

5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions or crumbled blue cheese, if desired.

6. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, celery sticks, or carrot sticks.


Notes

For extra heat, add a few dashes of hot sauce or increase the buffalo sauce.

If you prefer a milder flavor, substitute half the buffalo sauce with additional ranch dressing.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat before serving.
