Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large egg
- Olive oil, for cooking
- Burger buns, for serving
- Lettuce, tomato, red onion, or preferred toppings
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix gently until just combined.
2. Divide mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties. Chill for 10-15 minutes if desired to help them hold shape.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat or preheat a grill. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
