Description

This Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip is a crowd-pleasing appetizer, perfect for warm gatherings.


Ingredients

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

10 ounces frozen spinach, no need to thaw

14 ounces canned artichoke hearts, well drained

1 cup sour cream (can substitute with Greek yogurt)

1/2 cup mayonnaise (can substitute with Greek yogurt)

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (can use cheddar for variety)

8 ounces cream cheese, no need to beat

1 bag tortilla chips, for serving


Instructions

1. Gather ingredients and place them on countertop.

2. Combine diced onion, minced garlic, frozen spinach, drained artichoke hearts, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan, and shredded mozzarella in the Crockpot.

3. Add cream cheese on top of the mixture without stirring.

4. Cover and cook on high for 90 minutes.

5. After 90 minutes, stir the mixture to combine the melted cream cheese.

6. Cover and cook for an additional 15–30 minutes until bubbly.

7. Serve warm with tortilla chips or favorite dippers.


Notes

Optional: Sprinkle extra Parmesan on top before serving.
