Ingredients
- 4 turkey wings
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Rinse the turkey wings under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
4. Add the turkey wings to the bowl and coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.
5. Place the seasoned turkey wings in a baking dish and pour chicken broth around them.
6. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and tender.
8. Let the turkey wings rest for a few minutes before serving.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, broil the wings for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
