Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional for garnish)
- Fresh cilantro or green onions (optional for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, maple syrup, Sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
5. Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
6. Roast for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning.
7. Check doneness—the florets should be tender with caramelized edges.
8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
9. Garnish with fresh cilantro or green onions, if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use parchment paper on your baking sheet and avoid overcrowding.
You can adjust the Sriracha to your spice preference—more for heat lovers!
