Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup chopped cucumber

- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup olive oil

Instructions
1. Thoroughly wash and dry all vegetables.

3. Finely chop the fresh parsley.
