Ingredients
3 cups watermelon, cubed
2 ripe peaches, sliced
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cucumber, sliced (optional)
Instructions
In a large salad bowl, gently toss cubed watermelon and sliced peaches.
Add chopped mint and lime juice, swirling to distribute evenly. Sprinkle sea salt.
If using feta, red onion, or cucumber, fold them in gently.
Chill the salad for 10–15 minutes before serving. Drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze if desired.
Notes
Use seedless watermelon and fresh, fragrant peaches for best results.
Caramelized red onion can add a sweet contrast, or use raw for a sharper bite.
