Description

A quick, vibrant salad featuring crisp Romaine lettuce, zesty lemon, savory Parmesan, and a hint of heat. Perfect for busy meals or a fresh, healthy side.


Ingredients

1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

Chop the Romaine lettuce and place in a large bowl
Toss red onion with olive oil, lemon juice, and lemon zest
Add the dressing to the lettuce and mix gently

Notes
