Ingredients
1.5 lbs salmon fillet (skinless, cubed)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha
2 cups cooked sticky rice
2 cups cauliflower rice
1 cup purple cabbage (shredded)
1 cup cucumber (diced)
Sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Toss the cubed salmon with olive oil, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in a medium bowl until well coated.
