Description
These 5-Ingredient Blueberry Cheesecake Rolls deliver classic cheesecake flavor in an easy, handheld dessert made with crescent dough and fresh blueberries.
Ingredients
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 (8 oz) tube crescent roll dough
- 2/3 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.
3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle and top with blueberries.
5. Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle toward the tip to enclose the filling.
6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 10–13 minutes, until golden brown.
7. Serve warm for best flavor and texture.
Notes
For a citrusy twist, add 1 teaspoon of lemon zest to the cream cheese filling.
You can substitute raspberries for blueberries or use puff pastry for a flakier texture.
