1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam the broccoli and cauliflower florets until just tender, about 5-7 minutes, then drain well.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Fold in the cooked shredded chicken and the steamed vegetables into the cream cheese mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased baking dish.
Top evenly with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can add a sprinkle of fresh chopped herbs like parsley or chives for brightness. To make this even healthier, you can substitute the mozzarella with a light blend of cheddar and parmesan. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
