Description

A vibrant no-bake dessert combining cream cheese, whipped cream, fresh fruit, and sugar-free pudding in warm tortillas, finished with a cinnamon-sugar glaze. Portable, sweet, and fruity, perfect for parties or quick snacks.

Ingredients

Scale

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups sugar-free instant pudding (vanilla or lemon)
4 cups mixed fresh fruit (blueberries, strawberries, peaches, kiwis, raspberries), chopped
8 small flour tortillas (or gluten-free if preferred)
2 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup granulated sugar, for glaze

Instructions

In a bowl, whip cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until fluffy.
Mix sugar-free pudding with 2 cups cold water; blend into the cream cheese mixture.
Fold in chopped fruit, ensuring even distribution.
Spread the filling evenly over warm tortillas, leaving a 1-inch border.
Roll up tortillas tightly; refrigerate for 10 minutes to firm.
Combine cinnamon and granulated sugar. Roll each tortilla in the glaze before serving.

Notes

Use gluten-free tortillas for a gluten-free option.
Substitute sugar-free pudding with full-sugar pudding for richer flavor.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Leave out alcohol and pork-related ingredients as specified.
