Juicy chicken fillets cooked in a rich and creamy garlic Parmesan sauce, served with crispy golden fries for a comforting and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken fillets
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 400 g French fries (frozen or fresh)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F). Spread the fries on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
2. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
3. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper, then fry for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
5. In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil if needed and sauté the chopped garlic until fragrant.
6. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
7. Stir in the grated Parmesan and chili flakes, mixing until the sauce thickens slightly. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
8. Return the chicken fillets to the pan and let them simmer in the sauce for 2–3 minutes.
9. Serve the chicken fillets topped with creamy garlic sauce and crispy fries on the side.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh chopped parsley before serving.
You can substitute chicken fillets with chicken thighs for a juicier result.
Adjust chili flakes according to your preferred spice level.
