Description

A fruit-forward twist on classic Italian tiramisu, combining creamy mascarpone with fresh peaches for a refreshing, non-alcoholic dessert. Sweet and vibrant, perfect for summer or any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups fresh or frozen peaches, peeled and chopped
1 cup mascarpone cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 ladyfingers
1/4 cup black tea (non-alcoholic), brewed and cooled
2 tablespoons peach puree
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk mascarpone with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
In a small pan, simmer chopped peaches until soft, then blend into a puree.
Soak ladyfingers in the cooled peach tea (tea and peach puree blended) for 5-10 seconds.
Layer soaked ladyfingers in a dish, spread half the mascarpone mixture, repeat layers.
Dust the top with cocoa powder and cinnamon.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Chill for 4-8 hours for best flavor.
Use canned peaches if fresh unavailable.
For a vegan version, substitute plant-based mascarpone and cream.
Cover and store in fridge for up to 2 days.
