- 1/4 cup brown sugar

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Prepare a roasting pan by lining it with foil or parchment paper.
2. Remove packaging from the thawed turkey breast and loosen the butcher’s string slightly. Place the turkey upside down in the roasting rack.
3. In a bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, lemon juice, and brown sugar. Gradually drizzle in olive oil while whisking until combined. Divide into two bowls.
4. Coat the turkey thoroughly with one bowl of marinade, starting from the underside before flipping and covering the top.
5. Roast in the preheated oven for about two hours or until an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) is reached. Baste periodically with the second bowl of marinade.
