Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 lb uncooked pasta
8 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Optional: Parmesan cheese, flaked sea salt for finishing
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté chicken until golden (4-5 min/side)
Melt butter over low heat, add garlic and parsley, simmer 2-3 minutes
Boil pasta according to package instructions
Toss cooked pasta in garlic butter sauce
Serve chicken atop pasta, adding drizzled sauce as desired
