Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2-inch pieces
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
Fresh parsley flakes (optional garnish
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, parmesan, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper
2. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat evenly
3. Chill marinade for 30 minutes (or up to 24 hours)
4. Thread chicken onto skewers
5. Preheat grill to medium-high or air fryer to 375°F (190°C)
6. Cook until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C)
7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving
