Description

600 g boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
600 g sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 red onion, sliced

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 cup low-sugar BBQ sauce
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
