Description

Sweet and savory honey BBQ chicken nestled in warm tortillas with fresh veggies. A quick, customizable meal perfect for busy days or casual dinners.


Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or chopped)
1/2 cup honey barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
2 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced red onion
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional)
1 teaspoon olive oil (for brushing tortillas)


Instructions

If using raw chicken, sauté or boil until fully cooked, then shred
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with honey barbecue sauce and toss to coat
Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave for 10-15 seconds
Spoon chicken mixture onto tortillas
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion
