Description

A vibrant summer salad starring sweet peaches, creamy burrata, and cherry bursts. Tossed with a honey herb vinaigrette for a harmonious balance of flavors. Perfect for a light yet satisfying meal.


Ingredients

2 ripe peaches, sliced into wedges
8 oz fresh burrata cheese
1 pint fresh cherries, halved and pitted
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 cup mixed greens (arugula, spinach)
1/4 cup chopped herbs (basil, thyme, rosemary)
Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

Slice peaches into wedges and halve cherries.
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, vinegar, herbs, salt, and pepper.
On serving plates, arrange mixed greens, peaches, cherries, and torn burrata.
Drizzle dressing over the salad and garnish with fresh herbs.
Serving size: 4 salads.
