A patriotic dessert featuring a graham cracker crust, silky cream cheese and whipped vanilla layers, and vibrant canned mixed berry filling. Simple, crowd-pleasing, and perfect for celebrations.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 can (14 oz) mixed berry pie filling
1 cup whipped cream for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
In a bowl, mix graham crumbs, butter, and sugar until combined
Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 8 minutes
Let crust cool completely
Beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth
Fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy
Spread half the cream cheese mixture over cooled crust
Add 1/2 the pie filling, then top with remaining cream cheese layer
Add remaining pie filling, then chill for 1 hour
Serve with additional whipped cream
