Description
Warm, gooey cinnamon rolls meet sweet baked strawberries in this easy 3-ingredient breakfast bake. Fruity, fluffy, and drizzled with icing bliss, it’s the perfect quick morning treat or brunch centerpiece.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8-count)
- 6 fresh strawberries, sliced
- Icing packet (included with cinnamon rolls)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and generously grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
2. Open the cinnamon roll can and cut each roll into quarters.
3. Spread half of the cinnamon roll pieces in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with half of the sliced strawberries.
4. Top with remaining cinnamon roll pieces and evenly distribute the remaining strawberries.
5. Bake for 17 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly in the center.
6. Remove from oven and immediately drizzle the icing packet evenly over the warm bake.
7. Let cool for 2–3 minutes, then serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
For extra richness, mix 1 tablespoon of softened cream cheese into the icing before drizzling.
Frozen strawberries can be used—thaw and drain very well to avoid excess moisture.
Best served fresh and warm, but leftovers can be reheated in the microwave for 20–30 seconds.
Try swapping strawberries with blueberries, raspberries, or diced peaches for a fun variation.
